Meet Paul McCullough
Paul McCullough spent 20 years serving in the United States Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. But the uniform was never the whole story.
Today, Paul serves as an Operations Pastor, a university professor, a business consultant, and the founder of Serving Our Nation LLC — a platform dedicated to developing leaders who lead from conviction, not just competence.
He has taught at Drexel University, advised national organizations, and built leadership programs from the ground up. His philosophy is simple: people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
Paul lives in New Jersey with his wife Heather and their two kids. He leads, teaches, and writes from the belief that faith-driven leadership changes everything — at work, at home, and in community.
